What’s the difference between Nutec and wood?
Nutec is a fiber-cement board that’s fire-, moisture-, and termite-resistant, making it more durable and low-maintenance than natural wood. Wood, especially when treated, gives a warm, rustic feel but requires regular sealing or oiling to last long.
How long does it take to build?
Most standard structures take 3 to 7 days to complete, depending on size, design, and weather conditions. Custom or larger builds may take slightly longer — but we always work efficiently and keep you updated.
Do you deliver and build outside of Gauteng?
Yes! While we’re based in Gauteng, we can deliver and build in surrounding provinces. Just send us your location and we’ll confirm availability and delivery fees.
Do your Wendy houses come with floors or stilts?
Yes. All our Wendy houses are built with raised wooden floors on treated beams, unless you prefer to install on a concrete slab. We can adjust the height and add stilts or steps depending on your needs.
